ONLINE BUSINESS KEK BATIK & CHEESEKUT


Hai..did you hungry to eat something sweet ?? Here I sell cheesekut and kek batik as my business. I choose this business because it easy to make and delicious to eat. it very simple to make it. Doesn`t need a lot of ingredients. These are the ingredients that we need to make cheesekut and kek batik.

Ingredients for kek batik :)

Crush the biscuits while heating the butter and mix with milk together. Heat until both butter and milk melt. Then add milo and stir it slowly  After that pour the milo mix into the biscuit and put it into refrigerator for 3 hours.

kek batik ready to eat :)




For cheesekut, only use biscuits, cream cheese, milk and concentrated milk:)

after combine all ingredients, put it in refrigerators for couple of hours.
and then here are the result :)

1)Dato 'Aliff Kamarzaman Shukri, founder of D`Herbs

Life before start the business

Dato 'Aliff Kamarzaman Shukri, who was born on April 3, 1987 in Felda Kechau, Kuala Lipis, Pahang. He was moved and educated at the National School Jejaka, Selangor later enrolling at Telok Gadong Klang High School. After that he was studying at Kelantan. After graduating from school, he continued his studies in integrated school at Shah Alam until form 5 and continuing education to Taylor College.

Starting the business

Before he starts his business, he had went through a hard experience in his life. As a beginner, he try to had a personal loan from bank as the business`s capital. He send the proposal to the bank although he didn`t get the loan. He try very hard to make the bank give him loan to start the business. But after many times he try, the proposal still not approve by the bank. He start the business by open the stall at night market. At there, he try to make money by promote his product to anyone. He also have good communication skill that can make people to buy his product.

By use the slogan `Terlajak Laris` D'Herbs has become a brand that has gained a place in the hearts of consumers either in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, and also aim to become one of the famous cosmetic brand in Malaysia and neighboring countries, and it`s goal until the whole world. Now, we can see that there are many promotion in newspaper,television, and internet about this product.

The year 2012 was the peak year for D'Herbs products in which they have under Labels Private Limited company and have developed the business by moving to 4-storey building belonging to the company in a more strategic and comfortable .With this move, the company was able to convince all stock lists and distributors to sell and market the product D 'herbs with more widespread and thriving.
D'Herbs has also opened a company called Aliff Herbs Manufacturing Sdn.Bhd where the company is dedicated to the manufacture of health and beauty products. They also open to other companies who are interested to produce products under the company's facilities and provide service from the beginning until the end of production of a product including the production and design products according to customer satisfaction.

Achievement

By look at the company's ability to manage D'Herbs Sdn Bhd, surely many did not think, the owners themselves who holds the Managing Director was 25 years old. However, Aliff Shukri prove age is not excuse to become successful as outlined today. Being an entrepreneur at a young age is not as easy as he thought. Moreover, the underlying business is in the field of cosmetics, the majority explore women. Hardship experienced during childhood as a morale booster for him to continue to seek better lives without knowing the meaning of despair. Own factory which Aliff Herbs Sdn Bhd, a company specialized in manufacturing health and beauty products open up space for other companies to produce products under this company.


Over 6,000 distributors

Until now, D'Herbs products cover Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, Brunei, Singapore and Indonesia. In fact, a growing number of distributors to more than 6,000 peoples. The cosmetics industry as the industry has vast potential, he sure the product is increasingly accepted by consumers from across the country following a request received increasing from day to day. After over two years of operation, D'Herbs now make further strides when it has been producing more than 30 kinds of cosmetics and health products.Starting with a product that Virgin Juice, today D'Herbs increasingly recognized by the diversity of products including Tablet BWhite, Herbal Aloe Gel Gamat, Scrub Soap Phoenix, set the fragrance and more. He also set his mind to produce 500 kinds of products in the future to give more choice to consumers.

2)Dato` Ramli Mokni




Ramly burger was a famous burger that most Malaysian eat. We can see the product at all supermarket. It also famous when we buy burger at burger stall. Most of packaging are from Ramly Burger. Most of us didn`t know who is the founder of this delicious burger that we eat most. The founder and owner of Burger Ramly is name Ramly Mokni.

Ramly Mokni`s is a prominent Malay entrepreneurs who have to enjoy and succeed in entrepreneurship with so brilliant and exemplary by Bumiputera entrepreneurs. Its success cannot be enjoyed in the blink of an eye, but had to endure many challenges and obstacles. Armed with self-confidence and tenacity and his determination, he was able to expand its business from a stall selling burgers to open a factory to produce meat burger from 300 pieces per day to 30 tons of meat a day after 20 years with annual sales are now recorded RM100 million.

From his observations while working as a meat cutter at a supermarket in the capital in the early 1970s where most frozen foods are not sure greed, has sparked his idea to produce beef burgers and sausages are equally legitimate to be eaten by Muslims in the country.

This clearly shows his nature he is a brilliant tap and creative and innovative and far-sighted. Moreover, he never gave up despite his efforts never belittled by society and also the bank which had rejected his loan application.

Ramly expand its business by producing other products, including nuggets, fritters, including spokes and meatballs and chicken. Brand Ramly Burger famous not only in Malaysia but also Singapore.



Achievement

As his achievement, Ramly also been named as Malay Entrepreneurs Award in 2006. He has proven that anyone can be successful even if he has no degree certificate or family members of those businesses. For his willingness, determination and unwavering commitment has led him to the gates of success. In 2009, he also get title of Dato` from Sultan of Selangor as his reward of it achievement in business. He also can be role model for a person who want to create small business and expand it through among the country.




3)Tan Sri Tony Fernandes


      Tan Sri Anthony Francis Fernandes was born on 30 April 1964. Tony Fernandez is mixed Portuguese Malacca Goa, who was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her parents are Dr. Stephen Edward Fernandes and his mother Ena Dorothy Fernandes. His father died when he still young. At a young age, he was always by his mother, a dealer, the diffuser assembly and convention Tupperware.


      He also known as Tony Fernandes as entrepreneur and founder of Malaysia "Tune Air Sdn Bhd", which introduces cheap flights to Malaysia's population with the slogan, "Everyone Can Fly". Tony Fernandes achieved fame when he was recovering from an airline AirAsia sick to an excellent public company. As start, all peoples are assumes that he is crazy. It is because no one will open a business that will not have profit. He want to open business aviation at low cost. It is first time in Asia. Compared to Europe, they already have a low cost flight that people can travel with low cost. But in Malaysia, it still not suitable to start the business on that time because of the current Malaysia economy that are not stable.

Launch of AirAsia

            Through Datuk Pahamin A. Rajah, former Secretary General of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Fernandes got the opportunity to meet with Dr. Mahathir in October 2001. During this time, AirAsia is subsidiary established by DRB-Hicom, a Malaysian government conglomerate. It has experienced difficulties due to the debt burden is too high. The government had tried to sell it to investors without any success. Therefore, Dr. Mahathir had advised Fernandes to buy existing aviation companies, both from establishing itself. Next, Fernandes lease the entire house and using his savings to buy the company at a price of penny. On that time, AirAsia Company currently has two aircrafts Boeing-old, and a debt of RM40 million.

                Events purchase it at any time after the 11th of September, 2001, a time period is the worst in the history of commercial aviation industry, causing the public opinion that Fernandes has become "crazy" because no many people at the time who dare to fly. They also predict that the company AirAsia will become insolvent. However, after a year, AirAsia is able to settle the whole debt, and no longer suffer losses. AirAsia organizational restructuring with new images and concepts that bring big changes and gain in a short period of time. Its offer (IPO) in November 2004 received the request by 130 percent.


              Fernandes felt that the time had chosen to buy the company AirAsia is right. Since the 11 September 2001, lease planes have dropped 40 percent. Furthermore, many experienced workers available at the time, due to layoffs in the aviation industry. Fernandes also believe that passengers will welcome the low cost fares to reduce time and costs, especially in tight economic conditions. Therefore, he imitated system Ryanair (Ryanair, which also mimics the system of Southwest Airlines in the United States), an Irish airline of the most successful in the world. Fernandes consider that 50 percent of customer low cost airplane passenger airplane is the first time. Before starting AirAsia low fares airline, Fernandes calculate that only 6 percent of the population has ever mounted a plane.

4)Irfan Khairi


Education background

Irfan Khairi graduated with a B.A. Hons in Multimedia Design from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom.Soon after, Irfan was offered to work with one of the largest IT companies in Birmingham, Netmedia (UK) Ltd. As a multimedia system developer and a multimedia consultant, Irfan was responsible to create an Internet learning system for the schools in United Kingdom called the `Learning Grid`. Currently there are more than 5,000 schools across the United Kingdom using the Learning Grid system
.
However, with the background and knowledge as well as his passion in Internet and business, he decided to start a part-time Internet business back in 1999. He then decided to pursue his Internet business fulltime after 1 year of operation as he was getting more income from the Internet than his 9-5 job.
Since then, Irfan has been working fulltime from home using his laptop through the Internet. Within 3 years of operation, one of his Internet businesses has generated RM1,000,000 nett profit without workers and state-of-the-art computers. And his start up costs was only RM500.

Achievement

At 2005, he started his own company in Malaysia, Irfan Khairi Sdn Bhd specializing in Internet Business Training for public seminars and corporate training. On 2006, he got an award as Young Innovation Award from Oxford Association of Management, United Kingdom. Irfan Khairi also awarded Young Achievers Innovation Award and a Certificate of Doctorate in Business Administration in 2008.
